Ellen Lupton is a writer, curator, educator, and designer. Lupton is the Betty Cooke and William O. Steinmetz Design Chair at MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art) in Baltimore. She is Curator Emerita at Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum in New York City.
